As a DevOps engineer, I used Ansible to write playbooks that automated and updated existing systems, saving time and reducing errors. On Google Cloud Platform, I created and edited VMs and Cloud functions to meet various application requirements. I also set up Elastalert to create alerts and dashboards that monitored various aspects of the system, including large databases of over 5TB, and provided timely notifications to avoid or mitigate potential issues.

In addition, I actively worked on improving uptime and reducing downtime in LXD servers and constant LXC containers.


Configr – Team Lead – Support and migration – Brasília – DF, Brazil (Remote)

I started as one of the first interns at the company, responsible for all tech support and migration. Over the years, I gained vast experience with WordPress, both in creation and configuration. I helped to fully automate the migration process in a way that any customer can migrate from another company to Configr with minimal effort, including shell scripts with WordPress (wp CLI) for several configurations and automations.

In 2020 As the company grew I focused on the support team to improve customer experience, achieving 95% of positive evaluation whit several changes on the processes and workflow off the team.

In 2018 I became the migration and the support teams manager and  structured the processes and the teams started to grow and improve efficiency from 60% to 95% of satisfaction.

In 2016 I was hired full time and started working documenting and automating the migration process and support’s structure for the company,working  on migration of new customers, majority migrating CMS ( WordPress, Woocommerce, Magento), whit have user of command line of wordpress (wp CLI).

I worked Customer service and government systems monitoring with Zabbix to supervise  city halls’ websites. SLA reports made with Zabbix. I configured and documented  of I-Educar, a free system used to manage all the needs of education institutions.
